@teens and kids that are being bullied for speaking out:

Them: “What we need is good people trained and prepared to handle these situations.”
**Trained armed officers hides outside of building during school shooting situation**
Them: “That was a fluke, if there were more officers that wouldn’t happen.”
**This just in: multiple local law enforcement officers were also too afraid of the AR-15 to enter the building**
Them: “Okay well since trained and prepared individuals were too scared to engage a school shooter brandishing an automatic weapon, we should ask teachers to do it.”

when their leaders act like children, children become the leaders they need
I am so thankful for these children and so very, very, very proud of them.
What I find odd in all of this being an outsider looking in, is that its the American Children that are leading the way. I applaud their passion and their commitment but they should never have had to shoulder this burden.
