krabs was born in 1942. the youngest he could have possibly been to serve in the military is 18 which he wasnt until 1960. bikini bottom uses US currency so we can safely say he lives in united states territory.
the depiction of spongebob as a deliriously happy fast food worker while making squidward, the rightfully dissatisfied worker, the bad guy is obviously a strongly anti union message. did spongebob make a livable wage? what was the tax structure in bikini bottom? did the krusty krab have corporate stock to allow mr. krabs to accumulate wealth beyond that of his workers?
