Barcelona striker Pedro agrees switch to Man United

Pedro has reportedly agreed personal terms with Manchester United as his £21.2million transfer from Barcelona draws ever closer. The 28-year-old Spain international has been linked with United all summer and is believed to have made his mind up over a move to Old Trafford, despite late competition from rivals Manchester City. Sorry, but Lionel Messi is the f***ing master

messifangirl:

Messi is D10S. The Messiah. And the holy spirit. In short, the f***ing master. And forgive the expression. Because what Messi is doing in 2015 defies expression. We should intent a word, an adjective, that defines the constant football exhibition he puts on for us, game by game. Just a few training sessions after his holiday, he was the star of the Joan Gamper. And of course, now of the European Super Cup final. With Messi in this state of grace, everything is possible. Even repeating 2009’s sextuple. So far, the club and Luis Enrique have four titles. Only two remain – the Spanish Super Cup and the Club World Cup. And if Messi wants them, they will be blaugrana.

What Messi did in the first half of the Sevilla game deserves the Ballon d’Or. Without even taking votes. This year there can be no debate over the award. Nobody in their right mind can question Messi’s overall superiority. Including Cristiano Ronaldo. Although it wouldn’t surprise me if in the media cave they are capable of questioning the merits of Leo. They’ve done it before. And they’ll do it again. But if they do, they will be more ridiculous than ever. Messi is the No 1. The best in history.

This was Messi’s final, of course. But there was more. Pedro came on from the bench (which seems to signify he will be signing for Manchester United. And it was Pedro in the end who gave Barcelona the victory. A Pedro that celebrated with anger and thought, surely, that this was his last contribution in a Barcelona shirt. A pity.
